The Portwest FR65 Molten Metal Jacket is a specialist garment designed to protect workers against the hazards of molten metal splash, flame, heat, and static discharge. Constructed from Bizflame™ Pro fabric (330g, 99% cotton / 1% carbon fibre), it delivers durability, comfort, and full PPE compliance in extreme environments such as foundries, smelting operations, and heavy welding applications.
Certified to EN ISO 11612 (heat & flame), EN ISO 11611 (welding), EN 1149-5 (antistatic), and EN ISO 11612 D/E (molten aluminium and iron splash protection), the FR65 provides a high level of resistance to molten metal hazards. Featuring a concealed front fastening, multiple pockets, FR reflective tape, and adjustable cuffs, this jacket ensures maximum safety and practicality in some of the toughest work conditions.
