The Portwest FR09 FR Anti-Static Balaclava is designed to provide full head, face, and neck protection against heat, flame, and static hazards. Constructed from a Modaflame knit blend (60% modacrylic, 39% cotton, 1% carbon fibre – 200g), this lightweight balaclava delivers inherent flame resistance and anti-static properties, ensuring comfort and safety for long-term use.
Certified to EN ISO 11612 (Heat & Flame) and EN 1149 (Anti-Static), the FR09 is ideal for workers in welding, utilities, petrochemical, and industrial sectors. Its close-fitting design ensures compatibility under helmets and hoods, while the soft, breathable fabric allows all-day wear without irritation.
