The Makita BO4900 is a powerful yet compact ½‑sheet finishing sander designed for professional surface preparation and finish sanding. Powered by a 280 W motor with a 3.0 mm orbit, it offers high-speed, swirl-free sanding and smooth material removal. Its lightweight design (~1.5 kg), rubberised comfort grip, and efficient dust extraction make it ideal for cabinetry, flooring, paint prep, and trim work. Comes with both hook‑and‑loop attachment and paper clamp mechanism, and is built for use in either 110 V transformer-fed (BO4900/1) or standard 240 V mains (BO4900/2) environments.
